Return and Refund Policy

We understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product or request a refund. This Return and Refund Policy is designed to provide clarity on our procedures and guidelines for such situations.

1. Made-to-orders

When you purchase a made-to-order item, we will collect full payment upfront at checkout. Made-to-orders will be shipped once the item arrives in stock. Please note we do not accept return or issue refunds for made-to-order items.

Prior to placing your made-to-order request, we encourage you to reach out to our customer service team at with any questions or concerns. 

2. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • All products must be returned in new, unused condition, with all protective materials, tags, and designer labels intact. This includes original packaging, accessories, and authenticity cards/dust bags. We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of wear, use, or alteration, or alternatively, to reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order number or packing slip, must be provided.
  • Certain items, such as jewelleries, personalised items, custom designs or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns. Please check with us in advance if you are unsure.

You will be notified if we propose to reduce your refund when your return doesn't meet conditions. In this case, you can choose to have the products returned to you at your own expense instead of receiving a reduced refund.


When trying on shoes, please stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles. Ensure that all items, including the dust bag and shoebox, are returned. The shoebox is part of the product and must remain intact; please place it in outer packaging when sending it back to us. Returns without the intact shoebox will not be accepted.

2. Return process

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

a1. If you didn't create an account with us, you can contact us directly and we will create the return for you:

  • Send an email to to initiate the return process.
  • Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.
  • Please do not send the item back without contacting us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and returned back to the sender.

a2. If you have created an account with us, you can use the self-serve return service:

  • Log into your account.
  • Click "Request return", select the relevant reason and click the "Request return" in the bottom.
  • We will review your return request and contact you to confirm your return request with approval or rejection.

b. Packaging and shipping

  • Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documents.
  • You are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
  • Once you have purchased the shipping label, please provide us the tracking number and we will update it in our system. 
  • For international shipping, you are responsible for both the initial shipping fee we paid to send the item to you and the shipping fee for returning the items to us. Should the items meet the requirements for a refund, we will deduct the shipping fee from the refund amount issued to you. Please note that you are responsible for any customs duty or import fees incurred during the return shipping process.
  • We are not responsible for items returned to us that are lost, misdirected or delivered late by a carrier of your choice.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect it(those), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Your shipping costs will be excluded unless we agreed otherwise. 

4. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s). If you wish to exchange your item(s), please contact us to reserve the new desired size and follow the steps mentioned above. Once we have received and processed your return, we will ship the exchanged item(s). 

Please be aware that we can only exchange the same item for a different size once.

5. Damaged or incorrect items

We inspect the quality of every item we sell. Each product undergoes thorough scrutiny before it is shipped to ensure your satisfaction. Please note that we are unable to accept returns for items damaged due to personal use. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
